Derek received his Master of Architecture from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Industrial Design from the University of Alberta.
Has worked as a Design Manager in multiple fields ranging from consumer products to industrial fabricationto sustainable technologies.
Chief Strategy Officer
A former academic, Tim completed PhD coursework at McGill University and later utilized his research skills to develop his own macroanalytic analysis framework, “The 4Es” Energy, Economy, Environment and the Exponential function.
Dr. John Vidmar

John received his Ph.D. in Botany from the University of British Columbia.
Has done extensive work in the evaluation and breeding of Cannabis sativa and barley.
Lead Plant Scientist
Steph received her undergraduate degree from the University of Alberta, and graduate degree from the University of Guelph.
She has worked in conventional and organic agriculture, indoors and out. Her experience also extends to product development for major international corporations.
Geoff has a decade and a half of experience in aquatic science including fifteen different species of fish and several different invertebrates. He has created better bloodlines through selective breeding.
Born in El Salvador, Erick grew up in Ontario and came to Alberta after high school.
Erick has a special fondness for great food as he has honed his culinary skills by working in several kitchens. His eye for quality shows through in our produce as he takes care of the day-to-day operations of our farm.
Jose recently received his Bachelor of Science from Grant MacEwan University and was awarded a NSERC undergraduate research award in 2017.
He helps with daily farming operations as well as developing new technologies for NutraPonics.
Sophia received her Bachelor of Visual Communication Design from the University of Alberta and won a Central Canada RGD student award in 2016.
Since then she has focused on expanding her skill set by working in a variety of design fields such as branding, illustration and animation.
